▍ Working Principle

The working principle of the spoke-type weighing module is based on strain gauge technology. The module typically consists of multiple sensor units suspended on spring supports beneath the object to be weighed (such as tanks, hoppers, etc.). When an object is placed on the weighing module, pressure is applied to the sensor units, causing slight deformation of the metal structure of the sensor units. This deformation, in turn, changes the resistance value of the strain gauges attached to the structure.
