▍ Working Principle
The working principle of the bearing seat sensor is primarily based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. The sensor typically includes a cylindrical coil fixed inside the housing wall, with a permanent magnet supported by a spring in the center of the coil. The sensor housing is fixed to the measured object to withstand vibration. The permanent magnet, spring, and damping form a single-degree-of-freedom system with a natural frequency much lower than the vibration frequency of the measured object. When the measured object vibrates, the permanent magnet remains stationary in space, and the relative motion between the permanent magnet and the coil represents the motion of the measured object. An induced electromotive force is generated in the coil, and the output voltage is proportional to the velocity of the measured object.
