▍ Working Principle

The primary function of the diaphragm load cell is to measure the weight or pressure of an object. Its working principle is based on the deformation of the diaphragm material under force, which causes a change in resistance, thereby enabling the measurement of weight or pressure. Specifically, the diaphragm load cell typically consists of two parallel diaphragm sensors with an elastomer sandwiched between them, forming a sealed diaphragm structure. When an object applies force to the diaphragm, it undergoes slight deformation, leading to a change in the resistance of the diaphragm sensors. By measuring this change in resistance, the weight or pressure of the object can be calculated.
