I. Gear Heater Purpose: GJT30 series heaters are mainly used for heating metal parts such as gears to cause expansion, meeting the needs of interference fit assembly or disassembly.

II. Gear Heater Structure and Working Principle

●Structure: GJT30 series heaters consist of a dry self-cooled power frequency induction heating device (hereinafter referred to as the main unit) and control equipment.

●Working Principle

     1、Short-circuit heating: The main unit is a specially structured transformer, with a movable yoke used to directly pass through bearings or other workpieces to be heated. During operation, the main unit is powered on, and the workpiece (equivalent to the secondary winding) induces a short-circuit current and is heated.

     2、Eddy current heating: The workpiece to be heated and the iron core of the main unit form a closed magnetic circuit. During operation, the magnetic lines of force from the main unit generate eddy currents in the workpiece, resulting in rapid heating.
