The FPD-IG-25 is a fast optical probe designed for visualizing and measuring the temporal characteristics of laser beams within the spectral range of 900 nm to 1700 nm. It incorporates an InGaAs PIN photodiode, engineered to convert optical signals into electrical signals, which can then be measured using third-party instruments such as oscilloscopes or spectrum analyzers. The FPD-IG-25 features a rise time of 25 psec and is powered by an internal battery that supplies the reverse bias voltage.
