Preformed splicing fittings can be categorized into conductor splicing rods, jumper splicing rods, full-tension splicing rods for steel-cored aluminum stranded wires, shaped splicing rods, preformed splicing rods (for steel strand guy wires and ground wires), and splicing rods for aluminum-clad steel strands. Each type of product, depending on the usage environment and line material, is available in three series: for steel-cored aluminum stranded wires, for steel strands, and for steel-cored aluminum stranded wires. Except for the steel-cored aluminum stranded wire splicing rods, which consist of three layers: the core splicing rod, filler rod, and outer splicing rod.

Compared to the widely used splicing sleeves and hydraulic sleeves, preformed continuous fittings offer advantages such as easy installation, excellent splicing quality, strong corrosion resistance, light weight and elasticity, and no impact on the original mechanical and electrical properties of the conductor.

For conductors made of a single material, such as all-aluminum or aluminum alloy conductors, the splicing rods can fully restore the mechanical strength of the conductor or ground wire, achieving 100% of the calculated breaking strength. Moreover, within the splicing length range, the electrical conductivity is significantly improved.

2. Excellent corrosion resistance: The materials used in preformed splicing rods are the same as those of the conductor, ensuring good anti-corrosion performance. Different types of conductors can be matched with corresponding splicing rods.

3. For conductor preformed splicing rods, the inner layer is coated with conductive sand with good electrical conductivity, ensuring excellent electrical performance after splicing.
