Product Description: ADSS optical cable adopts a loose tube stranded structure, where single-mode or multi-mode optical fibers are placed into loose tubes made of high-modulus plastic, filled with water-blocking compound. The loose tubes (and filler rods) are stranded around a non-metallic strength member (FRP) to form a compact and circular cable core. The gaps within the cable core are filled with water-blocking material, and the core is sheathed with a polyethylene inner jacket. Then, two layers of aramid yarn are applied in reverse lay for reinforcement, followed by an extrusion of polyethylene outer jacket or an anti-tracking outer jacket. F-NET Huijin's ADSS optical cable design fully considers the actual conditions of power lines, making it suitable for high-voltage transmission lines of different levels. For power lines with transmission voltage below 110KV, a polyethylene outer jacket is used; for those with transmission voltage equal to or above 110KV, an anti-tracking outer jacket is employed. Additionally, the amount of aramid and the stranding process are meticulously designed to meet the application requirements of different spans. Product Features: ?
