Microporous ceramic filtration materials include three shapes and specifications: microporous ceramic filter bricks, microporous ceramic filter plates, and microporous ceramic filter tubes, collectively referred to as microporous ceramic filter bricks, plates, and tubes. This series of products is primarily made from acid-resistant ceramic particle aggregates, binders, reinforcing agents, and other raw materials. They are produced through meticulous formulation, strict batching, uniform mixing (uniform pore size), machine pressing, drying, and firing processes. Batching is a critical step in the production of microporous ceramic filter tubes, as the selection of raw materials and particle grading directly affect the pore size, porosity, and compressive strength of the ceramic microporous filter tubes.

The fluid passing through the microporous channels generates various physical effects, achieving mechanical screening, purification, diffusion, liquefaction, and other functions.
Microporous ceramic filter bricks, plates, and tubes feature high mechanical strength, no leaching of harmful substances, and no secondary pollution. Under fluid pressure, the micropores do not deform, and they are easy to clean and regenerate, with a long service life. They can replace filter materials such as cotton cloth, silk fabric, plastic, metal mesh, and asbestos wool. They are used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, thermal power, cement, pharmaceutical, papermaking, and other industrial enterprises, as well as in environmental protection for solid-liquid separation, gas-solid separation, powder transportation, sound insulation and absorption, and nuclear industrial radioactive waste treatment.
