Celery Seed Oil

Celery is divided into water celery and dry celery, and is the full name of the umbrella-shaped plant ApiumgrauensL.var.dulcedc. It is not only a common delicacy on our dining tables but also used for medicinal purposes. Celery seeds are taken from the small flowers of the celery plant, so the seeds are very small in size, oval-shaped, and mostly brown or dark brown in color. They contain cineole, phosphomethoxyphenol, umbelliferone, apigenin, linolenic acid, volatile oils, flavonoids, boron, and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, and zinc.
