【Source】The bulb of the Allium plant. Harvested in early summer, cleaned of soil, and air-dried or baked until the outer skin is dry.

【Main Components】
Allyl disulfide (approx. 60%), diallyl disulfide (23%~39%), diallyl trisulfide (13%~19%), allyl disulfide (4%~5%), and methyl allyl disulfide, among over 100 volatile sulfur-containing compounds. Total sulfur content is about 35%.
【Preparation Method】
The bulb of the perennial herbaceous Allium plant (garlic) is crushed and fermented in water (1:7) at 50~60°C for 3 hours, followed by distillation for 0.5~2 hours.
