Goji Berry Oil
Other Products
Goji berry, also known as wolfberry, is a plant in the Solanaceae family, genus Lycium. The term "goji berry" commonly refers to the commercial dried fruit of the plant, particularly the species Lycium barbarum (Ningxia wolfberry), as well as other species in the Lycium genus. The goji berries consumed daily and used medicinally are mostly the fruits of the Ningxia wolfberry.
Ningxia wolfberry has the largest cultivation area in China, primarily distributed in the northwestern regions. Other regions commonly grow the Chinese wolfberry (Lycium chinense) and its variants. The Zhongning goji berry from Ningxia has been awarded the National Climate Label for agricultural products with climate quality. Goji seeds are the seeds of the goji berry, containing the full nutritional essence of the root, leaves, and fruit of the plant, rich in bioactive substances that support life development and growth. Scientific research has shown that goji oil, in addition to containing linoleic acid, alpha-linolenic acid, gamma-linolenic acid, vitamin E, and selenium, also includes various unsaturated fatty acids, trace elements, bioactive substances, epidermal growth factor, SOD, beta-carotene, and other nutritional components. Goji seed oil is present in very small amounts in fresh goji berries, accounting for only 2.4‰, meaning that on average, only 2.4 kilograms of goji oil can be extracted from every 1,000 kilograms of fresh goji berries. Its原料正宗、产量稀有 (authentic raw materials and rare production).
