The weighing system of the reactor collects the weight of the reactor by using weighing modules on the support legs of the reactor. The number of weighing modules installed corresponds to the number of support legs of the reactor.
Data from multiple weighing modules is transmitted to the instrument through a multi-input single-output junction box.
The instrument can display the weight of the entire system in real time.
The instrument can also be equipped with a switch module to control the feeding motor of the reactor through relay switches.
Alternatively, the instrument can provide RS485, RS232, or analog signals.
The weight information of the reactor is transmitted to control equipment such as PLC, which then performs more complex and precise control. 

The reactor weighing module is a new type of sensor application structure. It integrates high-precision shear beam weighing sensors, load transfer devices, and mounting connection plates into one unit, ensuring both the high accuracy and long-term stability of the shear beam sensor while solving the weighing errors caused by improper installation. 
The specialized weighing system for reactors classifies reactor weighing modules into two types: 
• Static load weighing modules:
Mainly suitable for static load weighing applications with small lateral forces. Static load weighing modules can be easily installed on various types of containers, such as roller tracks, platforms, vertical tanks, storage tanks, and hoppers. 
Installation methods for static load weighing modules:
Fixed, floating, and semi-floating structures, which can be used under various harsh conditions.
• Dynamic load weighing modules:
Mainly suitable for mechanical devices that withstand horizontal forces, such as assembly lines and conveyor belts. Additionally, dynamic load weighing modules can be used for the modification of mechanical platform scales.
In installations using four dynamic load modules, generally two modules are restricted on three sides, while the other two modules are restricted only at the ends.
There are also explosion-proof weighing modules suitable for use in hazardous environments such as chemical and petroleum industries.
