| The JTG stepped bar screen is a type of fine screen primarily designed for separating solid debris smaller than 10mm. It features a special transmission mechanism and a dedicated stepped blade clamping system. During operation, the intercepted screenings are transported upward step by step through the alternating misalignment of moving and stationary blades, which not only self-cleans the screen surface but also conveys solid debris to the discharge port. This equipment is mainly used at water intake points of water treatment plants following coarse screens or in wastewater treatment plants for removing fine solid impurities from water. The equipment can be constructed as a fully sealed structure, causing no pollution to the surrounding environment. 6. The equipment can adopt PLC automatic control or timed control. A manual switch is provided on-site for convenient testing and maintenance.
