The JTG stepped bar screen is a type of fine screen primarily designed for separating solid impurities below 10mm. It features a special transmission mechanism and a dedicated stepped plate clamping mechanism. During operation, the intercepted screen residue is transported upward step by step through the alternating misalignment of moving and stationary plates, which not only self-cleans the screen surface but also conveys solid impurities to the discharge port. This equipment is mainly used at water intake points of water treatment plants or wastewater treatment plants following coarse screens, or for removing fine solid impurities from water. During the process of intercepting and clearing residues, due to the relative movement of stationary and moving grids, there is no entanglement or jamming of debris. 2. Simple, compact, and rational structure with few transmission parts; frame structure with good rigidity and long service life. 3. Specially designed moving and stationary grid clamps facilitate installation, maintenance, and disassembly, reliably ensuring fixed gaps for safe and stable operation. 4. Bottom sand flushing: high-pressure water flushing is used to prevent sand accumulation at the bottom, ensuring normal operation of the moving grid. 5. The equipment can be fully sealed, causing no pollution to the surrounding environment. 6. The equipment can adopt PLC automatic control or timed control. A manual switch is provided on-site for convenient testing and maintenance. The control box also includes terminal interfaces for connection to the central control room, enabling remote control.
