Structure and Performance
The screen grid machine can remove floating objects and fibrous materials, operates without clogging or causing water accumulation, and thoroughly clears grid debris. It mainly consists of key components such as the drive device, frame, transmission sprocket, traction chain, screen plate, and electrical control cabinet. During operation, the screen plate, driven by the transmission chains on both sides, lifts debris upward across the entire channel width from bottom to top. Upon reaching the top, it automatically completes the debris discharge through the turning function of the sprocket.
The screen-type step grid debris remover ensures reliable cleaning performance, with a structural design that provides effective self-cleaning capabilities, preventing debris entanglement or jamming. There is no debris accumulation or dead corners at the bottom of the grid. It is suitable for 24-hour continuous operation.
Drive Device
The drive device of the screen grid machine is located at the upper part of the frame. Except for the transmission components, the rest are made of stainless steel. The drive device uses a shaft-mounted reducer, with spiral adjustment mechanisms on both sides of the frame to adjust the tension of the transmission chains.
The drive motor is suitable for a power supply of 380V/three-phase/50Hz, with a protection rating of IP55 and an insulation class of F. The motor's rated power is 10% higher than the maximum actual power consumption. It is equipped with an overload protection device.
The design of the transmission shaft ensures sufficient strength and stiffness to withstand loads from both bending moments and torque.
