Characteristics of Carbon Fiber Tubes

1. High tensile strength: The strength of carbon fiber is 8-10 times that of steel, typically above 3500 MPa, with high-performance variants reaching up to 5000 MPa.

2. Low density and lightweight: The density is only 1/4 that of steel.

Features and Applications:

Carbon fiber tubes offer advantages such as high strength, long lifespan, corrosion resistance, and lightweight. They are widely used in products like kites, model aircraft, various brackets, equipment shafts, automation equipment, etching machines, medical stretchers, and sports equipment. They exhibit excellent properties such as dimensional stability, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion coefficient, self-lubrication, and energy absorption and shock resistance. Additionally, they feature high specific modulus, fatigue resistance, creep resistance, high-temperature resistance, and wear resistance.
