  Qingdao Kaineng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., located in Jiaozhou City, Qingdao, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of waste heat boilers for submerged arc furnaces, low-temperature economizers for power plants, and waste heat boilers for generator sets. The company primarily manufactures energy-saving and environmentally friendly products such as flue gas waste heat boilers, low-temperature economizers, oil and gas boilers, pin tubes, H-type fin tubes, marine boilers, and various pressure vessels.

  The company holds an A-grade boiler manufacturing qualification, as well as D1 and D2-grade pressure vessel design and manufacturing qualifications. It has obtained the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System certificate, ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System certification, and ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health Management System certification from French BV. Additionally, it has received factory approvals from multiple classification societies, including American ABS, French BV, Norwegian DNV, British LR, German GL, and Chinese CCS.

With over 20 years of specialized production of energy-saving and environmentally friendly equipment such as pin tubes, H-type fin tube enhanced heat exchange components, and waste heat boilers, the company currently employs more than 230 staff, including over 50 engineering technicians. The company covers an area of approximately 73,000 m² and is equipped with over 300 sets of various production equipment, including 10 dedicated welding production lines for pin tubes and 12 dedicated welding production lines for H-type fin tubes. It produces over 3,600 tons of pin tube enhanced heat transfer components and over 8,500 tons of H-type fin tube enhanced heat transfer components annually. To date, the company has manufactured more than 12,000 sets of various pin tube and H-type fin tube waste heat boilers, as well as various pressure vessels.
