The biogas generator waste heat boiler is a specialized, high-efficiency energy-saving product designed for the recovery of flue gas waste heat from biogas generator sets. It utilizes threaded tube enhanced heat transfer elements to expand the heating surface, significantly increasing the heating area on the water tube's flue gas side. Simultaneously, the flue gas forms intense turbulence as it flows over the threaded tube surface, enhancing the heat transfer efficiency of the biogas generator waste heat boiler and reducing soot accumulation. The biogas generator waste heat recovery device features a simple structure, high thermal efficiency, long operational lifespan, safety, reliability, and ease of maintenance. This waste heat boiler directs exhaust gas from the biogas generator set into the boiler for heat exchange, producing hot water that can be used for heating biogas digesters. Currently, hundreds of units have been deployed across various biogas generator sets, delivering substantial economic benefits.

Product Advantages:
For natural circulation, there must be a sufficiently large steam-water separation space to ensure steam quality. The drum is generally equipped with manholes and handholes to facilitate internal inspection. This structural design allows for easy cleaning of soot on the heating surface, while the water side, due to its relatively low thermal load, is less prone to scaling. Maintenance of this boiler is also very convenient.

This natural circulation boiler is equipped with water level gauges and water level control systems on the drum, while forced circulation systems have them on the steam-water separation drum. Safety valves are installed on the boiler body; forced circulation systems require safety valves on both the body and the steam-water separator. Water samples can be directly extracted from the boiler drum for inspection.

The threaded tubes are specially processed with internal threading. When flue gas passes through, it generates rotation, enhancing heat transfer. This allows for a reduction in the boiler's heating surface area, thereby decreasing the boiler's size and weight. Additionally, flue gas flow within the tubes can be configured as single-pass or double-pass.

Threaded tubes are the primary heat exchange components in the entire flue gas waste heat boiler. To fully recover exhaust waste heat from gas generator sets and achieve higher steam output, the flue gas flow pattern inside the tubes adopts a double-pass design.
