The CoEpo-APF series active power filter is connected in parallel to the power system. Through external sampling circuits, it collects real-time power system data. The device's internal core computing chip analyzes harmonic component data in the system and controls high-frequency IGBT switching to output a current equal in magnitude but opposite in direction to the system's harmonic current, thereby canceling out harmonic currents in the system to achieve harmonic current management.
Product Features
1. Capable of harmonic management, reactive power compensation, and three-phase unbalance management, with flexible adjustment of function priorities based on site requirements.
2. Full response time of 10ms, enabling the system to maintain THDI below 5%, PF at 0.99, and three-phase unbalance below or equal to 3%.
3. Can filter 2nd to 50th order harmonics, with the ability to select any harmonic order within this range and adjust the filtering output to achieve the desired filtering effect.
4. Reactive power compensation range (-1 to 1), with capacitive and inductive reactive power switching on demand, meeting the reactive power compensation needs of equipment with rapid instantaneous reactive power changes, such as stamping and welding machines.
5. Modular design for easy maintenance and installation, supporting both rack-mounted and wall-mounted installation methods.
6. Independent air duct design ensures excellent heat dissipation capability, along with a comprehensive temperature detection system for real-time monitoring of device temperature.
7. Comprehensive protection functions with 16 types of protection to ensure device and system safety.
