CoEpo - Energy Storage DC/DC Converter (50KW 100kW)

Introduction

The energy storage bidirectional DC/DC converter, based on a three-level topology, enables bidirectional conversion from DC to DC. It features a bidirectional wide voltage range, bidirectional active voltage and current control, high power density, and natural heat dissipation. The bidirectional DC converter is a device that facilitates bidirectional flow of DC electrical energy, primarily used in photovoltaic systems, hybrid electric vehicles, DC uninterruptible power supply systems, new energy applications, automotive motor and electronic control testing, power battery pack charge/discharge testing, and power electronics testing.  

Technical Features

(1) Constant voltage charge/discharge mode switching, constant power charge/discharge and conversion, etc.;

(2) Bidirectional step-up and step-down on both battery side and DC bus side; compatible with various configurations and models of batteries;

(3) MPPT function when the battery side is connected to photovoltaic panels;

(4) Parallel operation control function for multiple converters (master-slave control, droop control);

(5) The bidirectional DC converter features DC overvoltage/undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, reverse connection protection, AC undervoltage/overvoltage protection, overload protection, overtemperature protection;

(6) High visualization of the bidirectional DC converter's operating status. The touchscreen serves as the human-machine interface. Through touch operation, it clearly displays real-time operating data, real-time fault data, historical fault data, etc.

(7) The bidirectional DC converter is equipped with a manual input disconnect switch and an emergency stop operation switch;
