Product Introduction of ICM40-50-A-027H4180 Imported Electric Valve

ICM industrial control electric valve is driven by an electric motor with digital display.

The driving force of the motor acts on the magnetic coupling (a) in the form of magnetic force through the stainless steel top chamber (b), so no stuffing box is required. The rotation of the magnet (a) drives the valve stem (c), valve core (d), and PTFE valve plate (e) to move vertically up/down, thereby opening or closing the ICM. When the ICM valve is in the closed position, the driving force of the electric motor, the PTFE valve plate, and the anti-cavitation valve seat provide effective sealing to prevent internal leakage. To prevent impurities in the system from damaging the PTFE valve plate (e) and valve seat (f), it is recommended to install a filter before the valve. Refer to page 14 for recommendations on filter size and application.

ICM 20-65

The valve inlet pressure (P1) acts on the PTFE valve plate (e) and, through the hollow valve core assembly, acts on the top of the piston (g), thereby balancing the pressure on the piston. Any accumulated liquid in the valve core (d) will be balanced to the valve outlet without affecting the valve's performance.

ICM 100-150

The valve inlet pressure (P1) acts on the PTFE valve plate (h) and, through the balance hole (i), ensures pressure balance of the servo piston (j). This balances pressures P1 and P2. During the valve opening process, the pilot piston (k) will rise from the seat in the main piston (j). This will release pressure P2 from the main piston (j) to the valve outlet. Pressure P1 will act on the lower part of the main piston (j), pushing it open. This will close the gap between the pilot piston (k) and the main piston (j) until pressures P1

and P2 are balanced again. When there is no pressure difference between pressure P1 and the valve outlet, the pilot piston (k) will adhere to the main piston (j) to ensure full opening.
