The ICLX40 two-step opening solenoid valve is part of the ICV product series. The ICLX40 servo valve is suitable for suction pipelines under high-pressure differential conditions, enabling safe valve opening. Its typical application is in large-scale industrial refrigeration systems, where it serves as the solenoid valve for the suction line of evaporators requiring hot gas defrosting.The ICLX 40 valve is factory-configured for two-step opening mode. This valve can be set to one-step opening, and the setupmethod is very simple.In two-step mode, the first step involves opening approximately 10% of the flow capacity after the pilot solenoid is energized.The second step is automatically triggered when the valve pressure differential drops to about 1.25 bar (18psi).The ICLX valve consists of five main components: valve body, valve cover,functional module, and two pilot solenoid valves. For ICLX 32-150, the valvecover and functional module are pre-assembled at the factory.
