Product Introduction:
1. Direct-coupled electric motor drives need to be installed on ISO 5211 high-platform valves or butterfly valves.
2. UM/R series electric motor drives are low-power consumption, high-torque electric motor drives.
3. All seams of the overall housing are equipped with waterproof seals, certified IP67, and can be installed in various outdoor environments.
4. Smooth opening speed effectively avoids water hammer phenomena, extending the lifespan of piping components.
5. The UM/R series electric motor drives allow inspection of valve open/close positions through the top window or side, or via indicator lights on the wiring control box.
Product Housing:
1. Waterproof rating IP67
2. Housing parts are made of materials such as "NYLON" with characteristics like high-temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and impact resistance.
3. Aluminum alloy housing is also available as an option (optional accessory).
Precautions:
1. When using manual operation or performing maintenance, please turn off the power first to avoid part damage and hazards. When using manual operation, it is recommended that the wrench (8mm opening) length not exceed 10 cm. Turn gently; if it becomes very tight, first check if the valve body is locked. Do not use excessive force to avoid damaging internal components.
*Note: Do not use other rods to turn the handwheel, as this may damage the electric motor drive and valve.
2. After completing wiring work, check if the waterproof device (O-ring) has fallen off, then tighten the housing and ensure the cable gland screws are securely fastened to prevent dust or water ingress. (It is recommended that customer wiring be at least 6Φ or larger.)
3. If two or more electric valves need to open or close synchronously, please add relays—one per valve—and do not use them in series or parallel.
4. When using manual operation, ensure the window pointer does not exceed the scale range to avoid damaging internal components. (For proportional types: variable resistor (VR) damage.)

Electric drives can be installed with various valve bodies (electric valves, electric motor valves):
Electric ball plug valves (PVC, stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316 materials)
Valve body thread connection surfaces (PT thread, PF thread, NPT thread, etc.)
Valve body flange connection surfaces (JIS-10K, ANSI 150LB, PN16, etc.)
Valve bodies for direct-coupled installation must comply with ISO 5211.
