Kelen Plastics Industry Group Co., Ltd. (Stock Abbreviation: Kelen Shares, Stock Code: 832093) is located at the southwest intersection of Fengcheng Road and Donghuan Road in Quzhou County, Handan City, Hebei Province. With a registered capital of 66.754 million yuan, it covers an area of 50 acres and currently employs 135 people. It is the first enterprise in the national agricultural film industry and the first in Handan City to be listed on the innovation layer of the New Third Board.

 Kelen Plastics Industry Group is one of the large-scale modern and efficient (facility) agricultural equipment suppliers in North China. It has fully passed the ISO9001-2008 international quality management system certification, ISO14001 international environmental management system certification, and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification.

Kelen Plastics Industry Group is the vice-chairman (vice-director) unit of the Agricultural Film Committee of the China Plastics Processing Industry Association, a drafting unit for the revision of national standards for agricultural greenhouse film, an implementation unit for the Spark Program project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, a high-tech enterprise, and one of the top ten enterprises in China's light industry (agricultural film). For a long time, the company has placed great emphasis on technological research and development and the enhancement of technological content. It has established long-term and stable technical collaboration relationships with the Beijing Chemical Industry Research Institute, Hebei University of Engineering, and Zhejiang Sci-Tech University. Relying on Hebei University of Engineering, the company has established the Handan Agricultural Plastic Engineering Technology Research Center and currently holds 20 invention and utility model patent technologies.

The headquarters of Kelen Plastics Industry Group is equipped with 46 sets of multi-layer composite blow molding units and four PO coating film units under 19 meters. Its leading products include various high and mid-range functional greenhouse films such as agricultural PO long-lasting anti-fog drip anti-aging coating film, diffused light film, light conversion film, and EVA anti-fog film, as well as functional ground films like eco-degradable mulch film, black and white alternating mulch film, silver-black double-color mulch film, and weed-control mulch film. The annual production capacity is nearly 50,000 tons.
