Structure

EX5/EX6/EX7/EX8 consist of two main components: the valve body and the stepper

motor. The stepper motor is located at the top of the valve and is directly connected to the valve plate and valve core assembly.

Similar to the technology used in compressors, the motor is directly exposed to

refrigerant and refrigeration oil, and the materials used for the motor are the same as those used for compressor motors.

The motor and valve body housing are fully enclosed, welded using advanced welding technology,

and require no gaskets. This design incorporates several

advanced technologies: the direct connection between the motor and valve body assembly makes the movement of the valve core more reliable

and easier, eliminating the need for additional seals, bellows, diaphragms, and other components that may have limited service life or leakage issues.

Four terminals are located

at the top of EX5/EX6/EX7/EX8 and are connected to the motor. The terminals are connected to the housing using glass welding technology.

EX5/EX6 require an M12 electrical connection cable, while

EX7/EX8 are equipped with a DIN electrical plug. The valve bodies of EX5/EX6/EX7/EX8 are made of

stainless steel material. The extended pipes of EX5/EX6/EX7 make welding very convenient.

EX8 features a rotating locking connection fitting.
