Core components of ozone generator: The core technology and components (circuit board, transformer, discharge tube) of the ozone system directly affect the operational efficiency and reliability of the equipment.

Circuit Board Features:

Multiple fault detection monitoring points (some models do not have all functions), including power supply temperature detection, high-voltage pack temperature detection, cooling water temperature detection, PSA system air pressure detection, ozone generation tube return water detection, etc. When the system detects a fault, the equipment stops running, and the corresponding fault code is displayed on the control panel. Combined with the code detection table on the right, the problem point is intuitive and clear.

1) The main circuit components are Infineon products (IGBT, IGBT modules);

2) Stepless adjustable ozone generation;

3) Standard 4~20mA analog signal interface, allowing the ozone generation of the equipment to be automatically and precisely controlled by various external detectors. This technology is the first to be adopted in the ozone industry;
