Single Crystal Silicon Differential Pressure Transmitter

Differential pressure transmitters are used to measure the level, density, and pressure of liquids, gases, or steam, and then convert these measurements into a 4–20mA DC HART current signal output.

★ The central sensing unit of the differential pressure transmitter adopts high-precision

silicon sensor technology, with ±0.075% accuracy, achieving platinum-grade accuracy of ±0.05%

★ Micro differential pressure transmitters use dual overload protection diaphragm technology, achieving high accuracy of ±0.075%.

★ The working pressure of the differential pressure transmitter is divided into three levels: 16 MPa, 25 MPa, and 40 MPa, with unidirectional overload pressure up to 40 MPa;

★ The differential pressure transmitter can optionally be equipped with a static pressure sensor for measuring and displaying on-site working static pressure, and can also be used for static pressure compensation. It offers excellent static pressure performance and minimal static pressure error; ≤±0.05%/10 MPa;

★ The sensor integrates a high-sensitivity temperature sensor, ensuring excellent temperature performance of the transmitter; ≤±0.04%/K;

★ Fully welded sealed structure with stainless steel 316L and silicone oil filling;

★ Micro-range gauge/absolute pressure transmitters use pressure transmission loss-free overload protection diaphragm technology, with unidirectional overpressure up to 7 MPa, which is 1166 times the full scale;

★ Stable and reliable, with long-term drift of ±0.1%/3 years, maintenance-free for 10 years;

★ Extremely wide measurement range of 100 Pa to 60 MPa (expandable to 60 MPa);

★ Adjustable range ratio of 100:1;

★ EMC complies with GB/T 18268.1-2008 standard requirements;

★ Remote transmitters use advanced ultra-high temperature technology and can be applied in ultra-high temperature measurement scenarios up to 400°C;

★ Covers a full range of sanitary design technologies, with an extremely wide application scope.
