Kunlun Coast JYB-820WZ-N Compact Pressure Transmitter integrates a micro-melt pressure sensor core and digital circuitry, capable of measuring and rapidly providing output signals. This model of pressure transmitter utilizes a dedicated circuit module for filtering and noise suppression, along with temperature compensation, endowing the product with unique features such as resistance to hydrogen permeation and hydrogen embrittlement, tolerance to high and low temperatures, overload resistance, interference immunity, long service life, and high cost-effectiveness. Typical applications: LNG pressure measurement, CNG pressure measurement, CNG fuel vehicle modification, natural gas control systems, pressure monitoring and measurement in liquefied gas fuel vehicles and liquefied gas transport vehicles.
Kunlun Coast JYB-820WZ-N Compact Pressure Transmitter features a pressure seat machined from a single-piece integrated structure of 17-4PH stainless steel. The integrated stainless steel diaphragm provides overload performance far superior to common cores like diffused silicon and ceramics, and its pressure interface has no welds, silicone oil, or other organic materials, ensuring excellent sealing performance. The sensor's sensitive component is firmly sintered onto the pressure seat using glass micro-melt technology, significantly enhancing the sensor's resistance to high and low temperatures and vibrations, guaranteeing long-term stability and reliability in harsh industrial environments, and ensuring durability. During the standard purification production process, all parameters are strictly controlled, and the entire product undergoes rigorous testing and aging screening of components, semi-finished products, and finished goods, resulting in stable and reliable performance .
