Flange Level Transmitter

The differential pressure level transmitter structurally consists of a differential pressure transmitter and a welded level flange. The pressure acting on the high-pressure side first passes through the diaphragm and fill fluid on the level flange, then through the transmitter body, and finally reaches the high-pressure side of the measurement sensor. The level transmitter is used to measure the level, density, pressure, and flow of liquids, gases, or steam, and then converts it into a 4–20mA DC HART current signal output.

1. Each unit undergoes simulated "online operation" testing to ensure stable and reliable operation under extreme ambient temperatures, medium temperatures, and working pressures (including positive pressure or vacuum).

2. Utilizes a "dynamic surface" remote diaphragm structure; the diaphragm will not be damaged after overload, and accuracy remains unchanged after long-term operation.

3. Employs a fully welded and rigidly sealed filling system.

4. Features a novel capillary connection component that reliably protects the capillary, making it less prone to breakage during field use.

5. Offers a variety of remote devices in different types, forms, and sizes, as well as a wide range of fill fluids to meet measurement needs in various scenarios.

6. Can provide products for various special needs, including high-temperature, high-vacuum, fast-response, and unequal-length capillary (difference ≤ 4.5 meters) remote differential pressure transmitters.
