ZN85-40.5 Series High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker

The ZN85-40.5 series high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, 40.5kV systems, and can be used in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants, and substations for switching load currents, overload currents, and fault currents. It is also suitable for frequent operation scenarios.
This circuit breaker adopts a vertical layout structure, effectively reducing the depth of the circuit breaker. It uses a composite insulation structure, with the three-phase arc-extinguishing chambers and connected live parts isolated by three independent epoxy resin insulating shells. After adopting the composite insulation structure, the circuit breaker meets the air distance and creepage distance requirements under normal operating conditions and effectively reduces the volume of the circuit breaker. The main conductive circuit, vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber, and dynamic and static conductive connections are installed inside the insulating cylinder, resulting in a phase-to-phase distance of only 300mm. All electrical connections in the main circuit are fixed, ensuring high reliability.
