6. Introduction of three types of metal hoses:

The elastic characteristics of the bellows profile ensure the hose has excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance, making it easy to absorb various cyclic loads of motion deformation, especially compensating for large displacements in pipeline systems.

Pump-connected stainless steel metal hose

Installing a pump-connected hose at the inlet and outlet of a pump can reduce and absorb vibrations and noises in the pipeline system, while also compensating for certain displacements, protecting the system's normal operation, purifying the working environment, and eliminating common issues such as aging and poor temperature resistance associated with previously used rubber hose connections.

II. Installation Precautions

1. When selecting a metal hose, choose one with a loose flange at one end for easier installation.

2. During welding operations at the construction site, protect the surface of the metal hose to prevent welding spatter and arcing from damaging the metal hose.

3. Do not install the metal hose in a twisted manner.

4. Avoid bending at the root of the metal hose and ensure there are no sharp bends.

5. The medium conveyed must not be corrosive to the bellows material, and the chloride ion content in the medium should be ≤25 PPM.

6. Strictly follow the illustrated correct installation method for installation. (Refer to the installation guide)

7. Do not mechanically damage the flange sealing surface.

8. Do not use chlorine-containing cleaners or steel brushes to remove dirt from the metal hose.
