Compared to standard ball valves, wafer-type thin ball valves offer significant advantages such as shorter structural length, lighter weight, easy installation, and material savings. Wafer-type insulated jacket ball valves provide excellent insulation. Additionally, the valve seat employs an elastic sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and smooth operation. Equipped with a fire-safe design, these valves remain operational and maintain good sealing even in the event of a fire. An anti-static structure can be included upon user request. A 90° switch with a perforated positioning plate is provided, which can be locked to prevent misoperation if needed.

Applications of Wafer-Type Thin Ball Valves:
Wafer ball valves and wafer insulated jacket ball valves are suitable for various pipelines with Class150, PN1.0～2.5MPa, and operating temperatures of -29~180°C (sealing ring) or -29~300°C (sealing ring). They are used to cut off or connect media in pipelines. Depending on the material selected, they can be applied to water, steam, oil, oxidizing media, urea, and other media.
