Pneumatic control valves have two modes of action: converging and diverging. In certain applications, they can replace two two-way valves and one three-way valve for piping, making them widely used. They achieve regulation of parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level. The valve core structure adopts a cylindrical thin-wall window and uses side guidance of the valve core, offering good stability, low vibration tendency, low noise, high allowable pressure difference, and simple wiring. When the nominal diameter and pressure difference are small, converging valves can be used in diverging applications and are interchangeable. However, for diverging applications with a nominal diameter greater than DN100 and a large pressure difference, they are not interchangeable.
