Compared to ordinary ball valves, the wafer thin ball valve has significant advantages such as short structural length, light weight, easy installation, and material savings. The wafer insulated jacket ball valve provides excellent insulation. Additionally, the valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and easy operation. It is equipped with a fire-safe design, allowing reliable operation and good sealing even in the event of a fire. Upon user request, an anti-static structure can be included. A 90° switch with a perforated positioning plate is provided, which can be locked if needed to prevent misoperation.

Applications of Wafer Thin Ball Valves:
Wafer ball valves and wafer insulated jacket ball valves are suitable for various pipelines with Class 150, PN1.0～2.5MPa, and working temperatures of -29~180°C (sealing ring) or -29~300°C (sealing ring). They are used to cut off or connect the medium in pipelines. By selecting different materials, they can be applied to water, steam, oil, oxidizing media, urea, and other media.
