Intelligent Micro-Power Green Roof

The Smart Micro-Power Green Roof is a green sponge facility that can reduce urban temperatures, mitigate the urban heat island effect, improve and lower energy consumption, create wildlife habitats, and is partially or fully covered with vegetation and growth media, planted on a waterproof system. It also possesses six major functions: infiltration, retention, storage, purification, utilization, and drainage. The facility centers around a micro-circulation power system, with nutrient substrate, shrubs, and herbaceous vegetation as the main components, a water-storage ecological grid as the foundation, a micro-circulation transport system as the core, soil shallow sensing, water regulation, and air pressure balance devices as guides, and smart water management and delayed overflow facilities as safeguards. It forms a self-sufficient, self-sustaining, self-purifying, and self-circulating ecological sponge system, used for collecting rooftop runoff rainwater, reducing non-point source runoff pollution, storing reclaimed water, and gradually releasing total runoff rainwater. Additionally, it offers water purification and ecological aesthetic benefits as a new type of prefabricated sponge facility.
