TSC MH640 Label Printing Engine Module

TSC MH640 print engine module is suitable for applications requiring high-volume, high-speed, and precise printing. Equipped with 600dpi resolution, it achieves a printing speed of up to 6 inches per second, making it ideal for small text, barcodes, or other graphics labels with ultra-high resolution requirements.

The MH640 print engine module features "Thermal Smart Control" printhead technology, which tracks and calculates the optimal heating time for each pixel interval. This ensures uniform heating of the printhead during every print job, whether for small batches or large volumes, resulting in clear, high-quality barcode printing. The MH640 also comes with a large memory capacity of 512 MB Flash and 256 MB SDRAM. Communication interfaces include USB, serial port, and a built-in Ethernet server. The ribbon capacity reaches 600 meters. Optional accessories include a label peeling module (with liner take-up), GPIO, and a cutter, with a small label peeling capability of 0.5" in length.
