Safe Descaling Agent is organically compounded from various solid powder preparations that can partially replace the functions of liquid hydrochloric acid. It can substitute the use of liquid hydrochloric acid in many applications (such as scaling equipment like boilers, heat exchangers, and pipelines). Unlike liquid hydrochloric acid, this product produces no fumes during use, significantly improving production and operational environments.

Usage Instructions:
1. Solution Preparation: Add solid hydrochloric acid to water to prepare an 8%~10% (by weight) aqueous solution for use, or circulate the mixture in a pickling tank. It can be used to remove various types of rust, scale, and other contaminants;
2. Treatment: Immerse the metal workpiece or equipment to be treated in the prepared solution or apply it to the surface of plates. Use at room temperature or heated (50~90°C) (higher temperatures result in faster cleaning). Treat for 5~120 minutes or longer (depending on the material, scale thickness, and treatment requirements) until surface scale, rust, and other deposits are completely removed. Then rinse the surface with water, followed by alkaline rinsing for neutralization or proceed to passivation and rust prevention processes;
Precautions:
1. Solid hydrochloric acid is slightly corrosive. If it splashes into the eyes, mouth, or onto skin or clothing, rinse immediately with clean water.
2. Store solid hydrochloric acid in a cool, sealed place. It remains effective for a long time.
