Product Introduction: An essential specialized sampling tool for edge crush strength and adhesive strength tests of corrugated cardboard. It enables quick and accurate cutting of standard test dimensions, making it an ideal auxiliary testing instrument for corrugated cardboard and carton production, research, and quality supervision departments.

Product Features:

Capable of cutting samples with precise parallelism, featuring markings for setting parallel spacing;

The scale ruler is laser-engraved, with clear, durable, and wear-resistant markings that are easy to clean;

Equipped with strong magnets for easier blade installation.

Precautions:

1.The cutting direction must be parallel or perpendicular to the corrugation direction. The sample must not loosen during cutting;

2. After each cut, pull the handle back to the ready-to-cut position;

3. Do not place hands near the cutting area to prevent injury;

4. If the cut sample shows severe curling or deviation, replace the blade. Any commercially available blade of the same type can be used (Replacement method: Loosen the screws on the blade holder assembly, remove the old blade, install the new blade, adjust its position and angle, and tighten the screws);

5. When not in use for extended periods, apply anti-rust oil to the blades and guide columns, and cover to prevent dust;

6. Regularly apply a small amount of lubricating oil to the guide sleeve assembly and guide columns.
