The mask breathing resistance tester is used to measure the inhalation and exhalation resistance of masks under specified conditions. It is suitable for mask manufacturers and national labor protection product inspection agencies to conduct relevant tests and inspections on mask products. Complies with the standard GB2626-2006 for respiratory protective equipment and self-priming filtering particulate respirators. III. Operating Procedure:

1.Sample preparation:

Take four test samples, two untreated and two preprocessed according to standard GB2626-2006 -6.2.1. If the tested samples have different sizes, each size should have two samples, one untreated and the other preprocessed according to standard GB2626-2006 -6.2.1.

2.Connect the instrument to a 220 V power supply and an air source of 3~6 Kg.

3.Zero the pressure value of the machine and run an exhalation test once and an inhalation test once.

4.Fit the sample properly on the headform.

5.Specific operations on the control screen.
