II. Performance Description:

The JB-300B is a new generation pendulum impact testing machine. The impact testing machine is used to determine the resistance of metallic materials to impact under dynamic loads, thereby assessing the quality of materials under dynamic load conditions.

This machine is a semi-automatically controlled testing machine, featuring simple operation and high work efficiency. The pendulum lifting, impact, and pendulum release are electrically controlled. It utilizes the residual energy after breaking the specimen to automatically lift the pendulum, preparing for the next test. It is particularly suitable for laboratories that perform continuous impact tests and industries such as metallurgy and mechanical manufacturing that conduct a large number of impact tests.

III. Technical Features:

1. The main unit of the testing machine has a single-support column structure, with a cantilever pendulum hanging method and a C-shaped pendulum hammer;

2. The impact edge is installed and fixed with screws, making replacement simple and convenient;

3. Specimens are supported in a simply supported beam style;

4. The main unit is equipped with safety protection pins and also comes with a safety protection net;

5. The testing machine is semi-automatically controlled; pendulum lifting, hanging, impact, and release are all electrically controlled.
