MMW-1 Microcomputer-controlled Vertical Universal Friction and Wear Testing Machine

I. Equipment Introduction

This machine, under certain contact pressure, features friction forms including rolling, sliding, or a combination of both. Equipped with a stepless speed regulation system, it can operate at very low or high speeds to evaluate the friction and wear properties of materials such as metals, plastics, coatings, rubber, and ceramics. Applications include low-speed pin-on-disc (with large and small discs, single and three pins) friction testing, long-term anti-wear performance with four balls, four-ball rolling contact fatigue, ball-bronze three-piece lubrication performance, as well as tests for thrust washers, ball-on-disc, slurry wear, lip seal torque of rubber seals, and stick-slip friction behavior.
