Product Introduction:
1. The GPLW-10 Microcomputer Series Wire Rope Bending Fatigue Testing Machine is designed to conduct fatigue life analysis tests for elevator wire ropes and stainless steel wire ropes, in accordance with standards such as GB7588-2003 "Safety Rules for the Manufacture and Installation of Elevators" and its Amendment No. 1, GB8903 "Wire Ropes for Elevators", GB/T12347 "Wire Rope Bending Fatigue Test Method", and GB/T 24478 "Elevator Traction Machines".
2. It allows preset bending fatigue cycles for the specimen. The machine will automatically stop when the specimen reaches the preset fatigue cycles or when the specimen breaks, accompanied by an alarm.
3. The wire rope specimen simulates the actual operating conditions of an elevator by passing over the test wheel (traction sheave) at a certain wrap angle under applied tension, and undergoes repeated bending at a specific frequency to evaluate its bending fatigue resistance.
5. The equipment should consist of a test wheel, guide wheel, fixed wheel, wrap angle adjustment device, display device, transmission system, force loading system, control system, and other components.

Product Features: This fatigue life testing machine is specifically used for detecting the bending fatigue of elevator wire ropes. Before testing, the actual diameter of the wire rope specimen is measured without stretching. Then, it is simulated under actual elevator operating conditions by passing over the test wheel at a certain wrap angle with applied tension and repeated bending at a specific frequency. The machine stops every 50,000 cycles to check for wire rope breakage and measure the diameter until the specified number of test cycles is completed or the wire rope is damaged, thereby evaluating its bending fatigue resistance. The equipment uses a traction sheave as the test wheel, which can be replaced according to different wire rope specifications. The wrap angle, tension, and test speed of the wire rope are adjustable.
