Product Use: Suitable for testing the water permeability and air permeability of disposable rubber gloves. It is used to determine the impermeability of medical rubber examination gloves, including those for handling contaminated materials, chemical and microbial protective gloves. Also known as medical glove impermeability tester, rubber examination glove impermeability tester, and protective glove impermeability testing machine, etc.

The medical glove impermeability tester can be used for detection, testing, and inspection by glove manufacturers and labor protection product inspection agencies.

It can also be used for seal testing of bottles, tubes, cans, boxes, etc., in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, daily chemicals, automotive, electronic components, stationery, etc. It can also perform seal performance tests on specimens after drop and pressure resistance tests.

Test Principle: By inflating the specimen internally, a pressure difference is created between the inside and outside of the specimen immersed in water. The escape of gas from the specimen is observed to check for bubbles, thereby determining the sealing performance of the specimen.
