Basic Application Scope: This machine adopts microcomputer control with high precision, making it the most direct testing instrument for detecting the compressive strength of cartons or other packaging containers. It is used to determine the load-bearing capacity and stacking height of cartons. It is an ideal testing and research equipment for factories, technical supervision departments, commodity inspection agencies, research institutes, universities, and other institutions.

1. The tester adopts a double-screw vertical structure, with the entire machine designed as a floor-standing model. The measurement and control unit is separated from the main unit, giving it an aesthetically pleasing and elegant structure. 2. The transmission system uses a permanent magnet DC motor and a simplified, practical transmission mechanism. (Motor: Made in Taiwan).  3. The test speed employs closed-loop control, allowing convenient speed adjustment and stable speed. (Taiwanese frequency converter for speed regulation). 4. The measurement and control system utilizes digital circuit technology with a single-chip microcomputer as the central processing unit.   5. Test data is displayed on the display window, and test reports are printed by the printer. The overall structure is simple, with comprehensive functions, making operation and maintenance particularly convenient.
