Basic Application Scope: This drop test bench is primarily used to simulate the impact of drops on packaging during transportation and handling, assessing the impact resistance strength of the packaging and the rationality of the packaging design. It is widely applicable to commodity inspection agencies, enterprises, technical supervision institutions, and academic institutions. It can be used for surface drop tests, corner drop tests, and edge drop tests.

Operating Procedures

1. Turn on the power switch; the power indicator light should illuminate (at this time, untrained personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the yellow警戒线 to perform any test-related operations, as it is extremely dangerous). Check if the two wing plates are in a horizontal position; if not, manually adjust them to the horizontal position.

2. Place the test specimen on the two wing plates and secure it with clamps; all personnel must stand outside the safety line.

3. Gently press the上升键 to raise the two wing plates to the required test height, then press the停止键 to stop the ascent.

4. Press the跌落键 to allow the test item to fall freely. Once the test is completed, record the condition of the specimen after the drop test.

5. Follow the test methods described in steps 2~4 above to conduct tests on other products, performing free drop tests on the required surfaces, corners, or edges as needed.
