I. Main Purpose and Performance Indicators

This tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GB50205-2001 "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures." It can detect, display, and print the axial force, torque, and torque coefficient of large hex head high-strength bolt assemblies M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, and M30. When the axial force reaches the value specified by the standard, the tester records the detection data. The device pauses for 2 seconds and then automatically reverses to release the sample. Simultaneously, the tester automatically calculates the torque coefficient based on the detected axial force and torque and displays it. After completing a set of tests, the tester automatically calculates the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation for N specimens. The control system can cyclically update and store data for 50 groups and can read and print at any time.
