The ring crush tester is a fundamental instrument for testing the compressive strength performance of cardboard/paper (i.e., paper packaging testing equipment). Equipped with various fixture attachments, it can perform tests such as ring crush strength of base paper, flat crush strength of cardboard, edge crush strength, adhesive strength, etc., helping paper product manufacturers control production costs and improve product quality. All performance parameters and technical indicators comply with relevant national standards.

5. GB/T 22874 "Determination of Flat Crush Strength of Single-Faced and Single-Wall Corrugated Fiberboard"

With corresponding accessories, the following tests can be performed:

1. Equipped with a ring crush test center plate and a ring crush-specific sampler, perform ring crush strength tests (RCT) on cardboard;

2. Equipped with an edge crush (adhesive) sample cutter and auxiliary guide blocks, perform edge crush strength tests (ECT) on corrugated fiberboard;

3. Equipped with a peel strength test stand, perform adhesive (peel) strength tests (PAT) on corrugated fiberboard;

4. Equipped with a flat crush sample cutter, perform flat crush strength tests (FCT) on corrugated fiberboard;

5. Compression strength (CCT) and flat crush strength (CMT) of base paper after laboratory fluting.
