Basic Application Scope: The MIT-Type Paper Folding Endurance Tester is designed in accordance with the Chinese National Standard GB/T2679.5 "Determination of Folding Endurance of Paper and Board." It features an integrated optical-mechanical-electrical structure capable of automatically counting the double folds of test specimens. It is a specialized instrument for measuring the folding fatigue strength of paper, board, and other sheet materials (such as copper foil in the electronics industry) with a thickness of ≤1mm. It is an ideal testing equipment for industries and sectors including papermaking, packaging, scientific research, and product quality supervision and inspection.

Product Features:

The instrument utilizes photoelectric control technology to automatically return the folding head to its initial position after each test, facilitating subsequent operations. It possesses powerful data processing capabilities: not only can it convert the double-fold count and corresponding logarithmic value of a single specimen, but it can also statistically analyze experimental data from multiple specimens in the same group, calculating the maximum, minimum, average values, and coefficient of variation. These data are stored in the microcomputer and can be displayed via digital tubes. Additionally, the instrument is equipped with a printing function.
