Product Purpose:

The gearbox torque tester is suitable for testing the torsional performance of gearboxes and similar components. Torque and torsion angle detection utilize high-precision torque sensors and photoelectric encoders, with the computer dynamically displaying test curves of torsion angle vs. torque, loading rate, peak test force, etc.

 Product Features:

1. Main Unit: Adopts a horizontal structure with a frame-based main body to ensure overall rigidity. The main drive shaft and fixtures are made of high-strength steel to guarantee service life. Sample installation and removal are convenient and quick. The moving end of the chuck uses precision heavy-duty guide rails, allowing free movement and minimizing axial tension on the specimen.

2. Drive System: Powered by an imported fully digital AC servo control system, offering a wide speed regulation range and uniform, stable loading.

3. Transmission System: Utilizes precision reducer transmission to ensure uniform, stable operation and transmission accuracy. Lateral space is manually adjustable within the range of 0–600 mm.

4. Measurement and Display System: The machine employs a photoelectric encoder to collect the specimen's torsion angle, a high-precision torque sensor to collect torque, and a high-precision rotary encoder to measure torsional deformation. The computer screen displays the specimen's torque, torsion angle, torsional deformation, and various curves.
