I. Overview of Double Cone Dryer Equipment

SZG rotary vacuum dryer heats by introducing a heating medium into the jacket. The heat is transferred through the inner wall of the tank to the wet material. The water vapor or other gases evaporated from the wet material after absorbing heat are extracted through the vacuum pipe by a vacuum pump. Due to the vacuum state inside the tank and the rotation of the tank, which continuously turns the material up and down, inside and out, the drying speed is accelerated, the drying rate is improved, and uniform drying is achieved. It is a new type of drying equipment that integrates mixing and drying. This machine can also be equipped with a condenser and vacuum pump to form a vacuum drying unit (if solvent recovery is not required, the condenser is not needed).

II. Application Scope of Double Cone Dryer

This equipment is suitable for vacuum mixing and drying of powdery and granular materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals. Examples include heat-sensitive materials, materials prone to oxidation, materials requiring organic solvent recovery, and materials that need extremely low residual volatile content.
